Production Time and Shipping:

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are China-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery.

Processing Time:

As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our supplier for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For US-based deliveries, we use e-packet which is a US postal -service product that typically takes 15-30 days to arrive. For other international deliveries, the shipping time may vary.

Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we can not guarantee it in all cases.

Round Wallpaper Production Time and Shipping:  

Please note that all of our round wallpapers are designed and shipped from Canada, your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. We will send a shipping confirmation once sent. International orders can take 3- 10 weeks in transit depending on customs. Please note that The Uniwall Art Co., is not responsible for any customs fees that are incurred for packages.

Change of Address: 

If the incorrect address is entered and you need it changed - we will cancel the order so that you may place the order with the correct address.  Addresses will not be changed on current orders. Of course, the address can not be changed if the order is in process or shipped.

Replacements for lost or damaged items:  

Please allow 5-7 business days for replacement items to be sent.  

Refunds Policy: 

If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return the order and refund your money. goods must be returned within 14 days after receipt. All returns must be unused and in original condition in the original box. Costs of return have to be paid by the customer, Of course we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf. 
(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of dispatching your package to the (return) shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.  Damaged goods can't be credited. 

My decals and/or wallpaper fell down off of the wall, what do I do?

Usually, the main reasons for the decals falling off would be due to the wall being textured and/or having flat paint, also walls that have recently been painted or plastered are often still moist. It takes a while to really get dry. As a result the wallpapers can come off. Make sure that the walls are really dry before you apply the sticker. We do warn against this in our listings and we are not responsible for this issue. Another issue is when a wall is painted with stain-or water repellent paint or has a rough structure. We advise placing the sticker on a plate of wood and cutting the shape. This way it's moveable and will stick best.

Can the round wallpapers be re-applied several times?
Once the wallpapers has been placed, it can't be re-used. Some customers attach our round wallpapers on a thin wooden plate or a plate of cork and cut it out.

My wall was damaged by the decals, are you responsible?
Unfortunately, sometimes this can happen.  there is no way for us to know what type of surface the decals will be used on and cannot know the condition of your surface.  We are not responsible for the damage.  Please note this rarely ever happens.

How do I return my item?
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@uniwallart.com
and stating that you would like to return your purchase and we will gladly help you through the process. We do require that customers pay for the postage to return the decals.   Please send unused decals to the following address -

Please note your order number and name on your return packaging. 
If you forward us your tracking number, we can speed up the process of refunding.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
